I didn’t realize how much a difference it could make, but it really does streamline getting dressed and ensures that I actually like all the choices.
I wasn’t focusing on getting rid of “negative energy” or anything weird like that; I simply didn’t want to open my closet and feel guilty or frustrated or regretful! I’ve trained my brain throughout the years to make room for the new by getting rid of the old. Next, make sure to take anything that does not belong in the kitchen out.
