How do you clean and organize when you are overwhelmed?

How can I make my closet look nice I think I will give that one a try. One idea to get more space is to hang multiple garments in one spot using soda can tabs. Key items you may want to have on hand when tackling this project are extra hangers, shopping bags to place clothes for donations, garbage bags for clothes that have food stains, and can’t be donated, and clear storage boxes and space bags to place seasonal items in.

When going through my closet, I have to constantly remind myself about my goal.


Depending on the configuration of your closet, you may have a corner to store a small chest of drawers or plastic bins for shoes and other items. Other than that, dividing all the available clothes by season and storing them in separate containers or drawers is also important. As a general rule, if you haven’t worn your clothes in six months or a year, then it’s time to let it go.
